退換貨說明
◆ 購買前請務必參考商品官網頁面所提供詳細的尺寸表Size Chart，凡於七天鑑賞期內(簽收日隔日算起七天) 保持商品完整來信至客服信箱 service@umeplan.com (需附上訂單編號/欲退貨商品名稱)，可以為您辦理退貨退款，目前換貨服務皆需經退貨再重新下單。
◆ 海外訂單需自付運費退回，如您未取得同意即自行寄回退貨商品，或逾期寄回退貨商品，UME PLAN將無法受理您的退貨，若需再寄回給您退貨商品，請自行負擔寄回運費。
◆ 無故或惡意三次(含)未領取包裹，本公司有權停止您的帳號並列入拒絕交易名單
◆ 貼身衣物及襪子等商品，售出恕不退換
Return and exchange service
The returned goods must be unused and are not caused by human defects. The 7-day appreciation period is only for your consideration to confirm whether the products meet your needs, not a trial period for the goods. Should you wish to return the goods, please keep the complete original packaging (including outer packaging and hanging cards), otherwise, the return will not be accepted.
Returns cannot be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Exceed the 7-day appreciation period.
- The labels (including hang tags) have been removed, and/or damage caused by human factors, such as staining and tearing.
- The packaging, invoice, and attached accessories are missing.
- Malicious intention-based or bulk returns.
Return Procedure
- Contact customer service.
- Confirm the exchangeable goods.
- Prepare complete goods with the invoice.
- Confirm the preferred delivery time and your contact information.
